Its just a simple background made using the Claritystamp cloud stencil with stonewashed Adirondack. The rainbow was drawn by hand, and coloured using Inktense crayons with a little bit of doodling with a black micron pen and white gel pen.
The little girl was then stamped with black Archival and the heart grass added to the card blank The artwork was simply matted onto black card, and... done!
Hope you like it. Please leave a comment when you stop by. Till next time. Xxx
That's lovely Barbara, I'm sure your daughter-in-law will love it. The rainbow is so vibrant. I haven't heard of those crayons before. Ela x
ReplyDeleteThanks Ela. The crayons can be used dry like a pastel or with water, which makes the colour really vibrant. They have been hiding at the bottom of my pen box for a long time... Xxx
DeleteOooh I love this Barbara and I am sure Rachel will love it too. Love that rainbow. Xxx
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it Dawn. It was a bit of an adventure for me as I'm not very good at drawing and doodling. I get frightened about messing things up. Xxx
DeleteAnother lovely card - it's great Barbara
ReplyDeleteThanks Alison. Xxx
DeleteBeautiful as always. I have that stencil but not used it much, must have a play. Hope Rachel has a lovely Birthday. xx
